Customer Reviews

Camilla Miller I suffer from ulcerative colitis, and the medication I take for it causes me to get extremely constipated very often. Sometimes I even need to go to the hospital because nothing else works. I have been using essential oils for the past few months and I have noticed a major difference.

My stomach issues aren’t as severe anymore and I am able to go to the bathroom when I need to. I use either the peppermint or chamomile oil, but both of them help quite a bit.

Shannon Young Before discovering essential oils, my life was miserable. I had constant digestive problems and it was effecting my everyday life. I would always feel bloated and my stomach would hurt all the time, I had really bad gas, and there were times where I would be strangled for days without going to the bathroom.

I am so glad that I found these oils because they have changed my life completely. Now I no longer feel sick all the time, I have more energy, and I can go to the bathroom whenever I need to without an issue.

Where Can You Buy Essential Oils?

You can buy essential oils at many health and wellness stores. You can even buy them online. Buying online may be a little cheaper since you won’t have to pay for any fancy store, but you’ll have less of a selection. Whatever you do, don’t buy the really cheap essential oils from places like Amazon. They are most likely fake and may even be dangerous to use. That is why it’s always better to buy from a reputable seller. There are many online forums where people discuss the best place to buy essential oils. Do your research before buying!

My Final Thoughts on Using Essential Oils to Treat Constipation

I was very hesitant at first about using essential oils for treating my stomach issues. I had grown up hearing so many negative things about them that it made me skeptical of their positive uses. However, after doing some research and testing them out myself, I realized that they can actually be really helpful.

I have been using a combination of two or three different oils at night before bed every night for the past few months, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in my stomach issues. Before I was using them, I would go to the bathroom when I needed to maybe once a week. Now, I can go every day no problem.

If you suffer from stomach issues or have problems going to the bathroom, you should definitely try out some essential oils. They are all natural and have no negative side effects, so you don’t have anything to lose!
