Can You Increase the Size of Your Hands

How to Get Bigger Hands Naturally: How To Make Your Fingers Longer Naturally

The ability to grow larger hands naturally depends upon several factors. These include genetics, age, exercise habits, diet and lifestyle. There are many things which can affect the size of your hands including diet and exercise habits.

Genetics: Genetics plays a major role in determining the size of your hands. If you have inherited genes which cause your hands to be small or even nonexistent then it will not matter if you eat large amounts of food or do other strenuous activities. However, if these same genes are responsible for causing the growth of muscles in your body then it would mean that eating lots of food and doing other exercises could result in increased strength and size.

Age: Age is another factor which affects the size of your hands. The older you get, the less muscle mass you will possess. For example, if you were born in 1980 and now turn 40 years old, your body will still retain all its youthful vigor but it won’t be able to produce as much new muscle tissue as when you were younger.

Exercise Habits: Exercise habits play a huge role in increasing the size of your hands. If you are involved in sports such as weight lifting and other activities which call for the use of your hands, then they will grow larger and stronger. It is even possible to strengthen some of the muscles in your hands through work and exercise. This is due to the fact that all muscles need to be strengthened, not just those that are used for actions which require great force.

Diet: The types of foods you eat can affect the size of your hands. Certain types of food eaten in large quantities can increase the size of your hands. One example of this is eating watermelons. If you ate nothing but watermelons (preferably the whole watermelon) for an extended period of time, it would be very likely that your hands would grow larger.

Lifestyle: Lifestyle also plays a role in determining the size of your hands. If you had to do manual labor every day in order to put food on the table then the size of your hands would probably be larger. This is because manual labor involves the use of large muscles in your arms, shoulders and chest.

Overall Health: Your overall health can also affect the size of your hands. If you are suffering from a health condition such as cancer or arthritis then this could result in weakening of the muscles in your body including those in your hands.

How to Get Bigger Hands for Basketball

Step 1

Do push-ups. If you try to curl a twenty pound dumbbell you might find it quite difficult. In order to strengthen your hand muscles it is best to perform push-ups on your knuckles. This can be very painful when done the first few times but you will get used to it.

Step 2

Wrestle. This may be a little difficult to do if you’re not part of a wrestling team in high school but it’s still possible to find someone to wrestle with you. If you find it too difficult to find someone then you can always wrestle with a friend. The main benefit of this is that you will learn how to grip your opponent and strengthen your hands at the same time.
