What Does It Mean to Have Scattered Fibroglandular Breast Tissue

Scattered fibroglandular density in the chest is caused by a combination of factors. These include: A) Radiation exposure B) Cancer C) Chemotherapy D) Genetic mutations E) Other conditions F) Your age When you are young, you may not even notice any signs of fibrogygria. You will likely only experience some pain with exercise or exertion. Later in life, however, you may develop symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue and/or heart palpitations. Some women also feel they have a “stiff” feeling in their chests. If you do not have fibrogygria at all or if it is very small then there are other possible reasons why you might not be experiencing these symptoms. If you are concerned about having fibrogygria, please see your doctor. You can also call your local cancer support group. They can tell you more about the different types of cancers and how they affect different parts of the body. They can also tell you how to find a good oncologist. If you do not have fibrogygria there are other reasons why you might be experiencing these symptoms. Perhaps you are smoking or abusing alcohol or drugs. If this is the case, then you need to stop immediately. You might also be suffering from a more serious condition such as heart disease or high blood pressure. If you experience any of these symptoms, see your doctor for a proper assessment and treatment plan.
