2. Jollof Rice – This simple dish is made with long grain rice, tomatoes and vegetables that are slow cooked until everything comes together to make a beautiful meal!

3. Pepper Seitan – This is a great way to use up some of that seitan you made a few days ago!

Lots of delicious spices and heat in this one!

4. Coconut Fish Soup – Hot and sour, this soup is a great way to warm up on a cold day!

5. Spicy Paneer – A wonderful Indian cheese that tastes amazing in this spicy curry!

6. Flaxseed Cookies – These delicious cookies are made with flaxseeds, cacao powder and lots of love!

7. Passionfruit Popsicles – A refreshing and delicious way to cool down on a hot day!

8. Grilled Chili Lime Tofu – This is a dish that can be served as part of a meal or even as a snack!

9. Date and Almond Bars – These soft and chewy bars are great for a quick pick me up any time of the day!
