Lymph Drainage Massage For Dark Circles
Dark circles are one of the most common complaints among women. They affect your mood and make it difficult to concentrate. You may even feel tired all the time. Some of them appear after long periods of sitting or lying down; others occur when you sleep at night. When they first appeared, you thought that they were just due to aging, but now you realize that these dark spots are caused by something else entirely: stress!
You may have experienced some stress during the past few months, which resulted in a decrease in blood flow to your skin. If you are suffering from dark circles, then you probably got stressed out because of a job loss, a breakup with someone close to you or other such stressful events. Stress causes physical changes to your body, which cause dark circles.
If you want to get rid of dark circles, then there is only one way: lymph drainage massage. Lymph drainage massage helps you to relieve stress and improve your health. A good lymph drain is necessary for proper functioning of the immune system. Therefore, if you don’t have enough lymphatic vessels, then your body will not function properly and will experience various symptoms like fatigue, pain or even death.
The lymphatic system breaks down fat and other harmful toxins from the body before they reach the blood vessels. Massaging the skin helps to drain the lymph fluid near the surface of your skin, which results in a healthy glow. Therefore, you should get a lymph drainage massage every day, even if you don’t have dark circles.
Here is a simple method you can use to reduce dark circles:
Wash your face with lukewarm water. After patting it dry, apply a thick layer of moisturizer on your face. This will help to prevent your skin from losing moisture.
In this step, we massage the area around the eyes with three fingers. Begin by placing both thumbs on the side of the forehead, with your fingers extending towards the back of your head.
