Non-Alcoholic Substitutes for Wine (Both Red and White)

Non-alcoholic substitutes for wine are becoming popular among the public. They are called non alcoholic wines or NOS wines. These beverages do not contain any alcoholic content and they have been used since the late 1800’s. Today, there are many types of these products available including fruit juices, vegetable juice concentrates, herbal teas and even milk alternatives such as soy yogurt. There is no scientific evidence that shows that consuming non-alcoholic beverages will cause harm to your health. However, some studies show that they may reduce the risk of certain cancers. Some experts believe that it is better to avoid alcohol altogether than to drink too much and get drunk.

There are several different kinds of non-alcoholic beverages:

NON-ALCOHOLIC WINE Substitute for Red Wine

1) Grape Juice Concentrate: This type of beverage contains grape juice concentrate which is made from grapes grown in California.

It is usually sold in bottles with a screw top. It does not contain any alcohol and it can be consumed without causing intoxication.

2) Soy Yogurt: This product is made from soybeans and other ingredients.

It contains no alcohol but it does contain protein, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that are beneficial to human health.

3) Apple Cider Vinegar: This type of beverage contains apple cider vinegar which is distilled from apples.

It can come in liquid or powder form and is great for people who need to control their weight. It also helps relieve heartburn, indigestion, acid reflux, and other stomach problems

4) Gluten-free Beers: These types of beverages are made from grains such as sorghum, buckwheat and millet.

They are high in calories and carbohydrates but they do not contain any gluten. They do not contain any alcohol either.

NON-ALCOHOLIC WHITE WINE Substitute for White Wine

1) Coconut Water: This type of beverage is the liquid that comes from young, green coconuts.

It contains no alcohol and it is very low in fat. It helps to rehydrate people and it also helps prevent kidney stones, urinary tract infections and other health problems.

2) Malt Beverages: These types of beverages are made from malted barley which is a grain.

They contain no alcohol and they come in many different flavors such as root beer, orange soda and cola. They can be used to make alcoholic mixed drinks.

3) Rice Vinegar: This type of beverage contains rice vinegar which is made from fermented rice.

It contains no alcohol and it can be used in salad dressings or in marinades for stir fry.

4) Gluten-free Wines: These types of beverages are made from grapes and they are gluten free.

They do not contain any alcohol and they can be used to make alcoholic mixed drinks or consumed on their own.

Non-Alcoholic Beers

1) O’Doul’s: This type of product is made by Anheuser-Busch InBev.

It contains less than 0.5% alcohol and it is made from fermented rice. It has fewer calories than regular beers and it is gluten free.

2) Kaliber: This brand is made by the Guinness Brewing Company.

It is made from fermented rice and it contains no alcohol. It has a light, crisp taste similar to Miller Lite.

3) Clausthaler: This product is made by the Binding-Brauerei.

It contains no alcohol and it has 4% ABV (Alcohol by Volume).
