Low Cheekbones vs.
High Cheekbones: What’s the Difference?
The first thing that comes into your mind when you hear the word “cheeks” is probably a picture of someone with large cheeks. You might think it means they’re pretty or even cute, but it actually refers to something else entirely! A person with large cheeks does not necessarily mean they have high cheek bones because there are many other factors involved in determining whether one has high cheek bones or not.
High cheek bones are generally considered to be those of Caucasians. However, there are some Asians that have them as well. There is no such thing as being “white.” All races and ethnicities come from different places, have different cultures, and have their own unique features. Some people may look like they have high cheek bones while others don’t.
In addition to having large cheeks, some people may also have a prominent chin. Chin tucks are another feature that can indicate high cheek bones. People with these features tend to be taller than most people and have larger jaws compared to their faces. They usually have dark hair and blue eyes. In addition to these physical traits, people with high cheek bones tend to laugh a lot and rarely have smile lines.
If you have been told that you have high cheek bones or if you are wondering whether or not you do, there are several steps that you can take in order to find out for sure. You will need to look into a mirror and smile very big at it while pulling your cheeks up as much as possible. If your cheek bones are protruding out, it means that you are indeed one of the lucky people with this trait. Take a picture of yourself and compare it to others with high cheek bones. This comparison should be able to confirm your suspicions or rule out if you do or do not have high cheek bones.
If you do not have high cheek bones but would like to achieve that look, there are a couple different options that you can try. The most common solution is to get cheek implants. These implants are made of soft silicon and will be placed underneath the skin in order to make it protrude out. Another option that you can choose is getting a temporary fix or permanent fillers. There are many different types of fillers on the market that can help plump up your cheeks.
Hopefully this article has helped to inform you about whether or not you have high cheek bones. Remember, everyone is beautiful in their own way!
