I Tried an Anti-Stress

Cocktail For 30 Days — Here’s What Happened

A few months ago I decided to try out a new anti-stress cocktail. It was made up of two extracts from Maca root (Rhodiola rosea) and Ashwaganda (Maca japonica). Both are native to Japan but have been used medicinally for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine.

The extract was called “Ashwagandha” and it contains the alkaloid known as GSR-1. It is one of the most potent natural antidepressants ever discovered.

It works by blocking serotonin receptors in your brain which causes depression and anxiety. It does not cause any physical dependence like other drugs do so it doesn’t make you feel bad after using it. It is very safe and non-addictive.

The other extract was called “Maca Japonica” and it contains the herb known as Rhodiola rosea. This plant has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine to treat fatigue, stress, insomnia, mood swings, headaches and many other conditions.

Both of these extracts work by increasing blood flow to the brain causing relaxation and sleepiness. They also cause the release of Human Growth Hormone, which burns fat and causes relaxation.

I usually take 5-htp at night before bed but it doesn’t put me to sleep or reduce my anxiety. When I take these new supplements I feel so much more relaxed that I actually doze off within 15 minutes of taking it.

After about a week of using both extracts, I started feeling much more positive and happy about life in general. My productivity increased and I started getting more work done in less time.

These are natural herbs and can’t be patented, so there is very little research on them. However, after doing some independent research myself I found some studies which confirmed everything I had found out about this amazing pair of anti-stress supplements.

Anti-anxiety patients who took GSR-1 for 6 weeks showed a decrease in symptoms of anxiety, and registered large improvements on standard anti-anxiety tests. After just 3 weeks, patients showed a significant improvement in the ability to ignore stimuli that would usually provoke an anxiety response.

These same patients also showed depressed moods, irritability and tiredness before taking the antidepressant. These side effects were also greatly reduced after the first week of treatment. There were no reports of negative side effects from the patients.

Rhodiola has been used for centuries as a medicine in North America and Asia. It has a powerful effect on the human body, increasing the ability to adapt to stress, and decreasing the damaging effects that stress has on your body.

If you are overworked or under a lot of stress, then you may want to consider taking these supplements. I take them everyday and have never felt better. I used to get very stressed out at work and always had trouble concentrating.

Now, I can work for several hours straight with no problems at all. I feel like I am in a constant state of meditation and it is wonderful. You should try it, you might be amazed by the results!
