Soap suds enemas are used for relieving constipation and diarrhea. They are very effective in helping you to relieve your symptoms of these conditions. You may have heard about using soapsuds enemas for bowel movements or you may have tried it yourself at home without any success. If you want to try soap sud baths, then here is how to do it safely and effectively.

You need to make sure that you have the right kind of soap suds bath solution. There are different kinds of soapsuds bath solutions available in the market. Some of them are plain water, others contain baking soda, some with salt and others with other ingredients like tea tree oil etc. The best thing is that all these soapsuds bath solutions are safe for you to use.

If you are planning to use soap sud bath solution for the first time, then you must take care while preparing it. You need to make sure that the mixture is completely mixed before taking a deep breath. Make sure that there are no lumps in the mix. Once you start inhaling, hold your breath until you feel full and satisfied.

Then exhale slowly and breathe normally again. Repeat this process three times if needed. If you are suffering from diarrhea it is best to repeat the process 4 to 5 times a day.

When you are using soap suds bath solution for the first time or if you have a sensitive skin then you need to apply some petroleum jelly just before you take this bath. Take a small amount of the jelly and apply it all over your rectal opening and inside your rectum. Make sure that you do not use too much of the jelly as it can cause some other problems for you.

You need to take an adequate amount of time to relax before taking the bath. This is very important if you suffer from diarrhea because it helps you in reducing your symptoms. The best position to take the bath in is lying on your left side.
