4) Stay positive!

This might seem impossible right now but it’s not as hard as it seems. All you need to do is watch a funny movie, listen to your favorite music, or even hang out with friends that make you laugh a lot. You’ll be surprised at just how much this can cheer you up. 5) Remember that change is good.

After everything finally does start looking up again for you, don’t go back to the same old habits that got you into this mess in the first place. This breakup should remind you that you need to start making some positive changes in your life.
