The first thing you need to do is take some time off from work or school. You will have to go home and rest. Then you should drink plenty of water before going back into the office.

When you return, you must wash your hands thoroughly so that there are no germs left behind on them. After washing your hands, wipe yourself dry with a clean towel and then put on a loose fitting shirt if possible. If not, then wear a loose fitting pants.

You may want to use tampons or pads to prevent leaks. Some women prefer using cotton ones because they feel better than those made out of plastic or even petroleum jelly. However, you can also use menstrual cups which are reusable and hygienic.

They come in different sizes and types depending on what type of flow you have, but most contain a small amount of liquid which can be used up over time without causing any problems.

When you are done with all these steps, you can get ready to go out. Make sure you don’t forget anything! Remember to keep a pad handy in case of unexpected bleeding.

Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t show through your underwear. If possible, try to avoid wearing tight clothes since this could cause discomfort when walking around or even sitting down.

If you are feeling uncomfortable during menstruation, then it’s best to just stay home instead of dealing with it. You can pass the time by watching movies, playing video games, or reading a book. Take a nice and warm shower to soothe your cramps and keep your mind off of things.

How To Sleep Through Your Period:

Sleeping through your period is something you can do if you have a bit more time on your hands. All you need to do is take a couple of painkillers before you go to sleep. Most women have some lying around the house since they get headaches from time to time.

If you don’t feel like taking any pills then you can drink a glass of wine or two since this has similar effects.

As soon as your head hits the pillow, you should fall asleep in no time and stay that way for several hours. As long as you don’t oversleep, then this is a great way to get through the first couple of days. Just don’t do anything extreme like skydiving or cliff diving while you are asleep!

Dealing With Heavy Periods:

If your periods are especially heavy, then make sure you change your tampon or pad regularly. If the flow is too much for your current contraception method, then switch to something with a higher level of absorbency. This can be useful knowledge for those times when you forget to buy tampons in advance.

If your periods last for more than seven days straight, then you should see a doctor. This could be a sign of something more serious like cervical cancer, especially if you feel any lumps in your vaginal area or have problems with urination. If this happens, then try to focus on the important things in life and get help as soon as possible.

There are a lot of great things about being a woman and having a period is just one of them.
