The meaning of Monday blues is a very real phenomenon that affects millions of people every day. People are suffering from various symptoms due to it. However, there’s no need to worry because this condition doesn’t have any cure yet. There are several ways how one can get rid of this problem. One way is to go out and do something productive like going to work, studying for a test, or even just hanging around with friends. Another way is to stay at home and watch TV all day long. You might think that these two methods would solve your problems but they won’t really help you much since neither one will make you feel better.

Well, if you’re anything like me then it’s not the fact that you have to deal with the stress of having to go to work. No, what makes Mondays worse than other days is the fact that you don’t actually feel good until after noon. If you try to force yourself into doing something before noon, then you’ll probably end up feeling bad again later in the afternoon.

So now the question is, what should you do to avoid beating the blues?

If you’re anything like me then you don’t want to do anything at all. Sure, there are some people out there who can jump right out of bed in the morning and get a head start on their day, but for most of us, that’s just not how we’re wired.

When you’re feeling down in the dumps, it’s usually better if you just stay inside your comfort zone. For me, staying inside and watching TV is one of those comfort things that I do when I don’t want to face the world. It also helps me to feel better because it’s escapism at its best.

I can forget all about the stress of work and the pain in the neck that is my boss by immersing myself in a different world, a world with heroes and villains and consequences that don’t really affect me in real life. That’s the amazing thing about TV shows and movies, you get to see all of the action and drama unfold before your eyes without having to risk getting hurt yourself.
