How Long Will It Take Me to Lose Excess Belly Fat

How Long Does It Take Me To Lose Excess Belly Fat?

In the past few years I have lost weight with some difficulty. My goal was to shed off all my excess body fat and achieve a flat stomach. However, I didn’t really want to go through the trouble of going to the gym or even working out at all. So, I decided not to do any exercise except those things which are very easy for me such as stretching exercises and yoga. I also did some light cardio.

I used to think that if I just kept exercising regularly, eventually I would lose all my excess body fat and achieve a flat stomach. But after losing around 10 pounds over the course of several months, it became clear that this wasn’t going to happen. It turned out that there were many factors involved in my case.

The first thing that happened was that I started eating less food than usual. At one point during the last month of January, I had only eaten once every two days. That’s when it became apparent to me that I needed to eat more frequently. During these periods of fasting, I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables.

On top of this, I drank lots of water so that my body could flush out the extra calories from its system faster!

Next, I started to exercise again. This time, it involved more than just stretching exercises and some easy yoga moves. I’d actually go jogging a couple of times every week. I also hired a personal trainer who taught me some new techniques in weight training.

With this new fitness routine, I was able to burn more calories and eventually bust past my plateau.

After I had lost a good amount of fat and the tone of my muscles started to show, it was apparent that I needed to shift my focus towards gaining muscle mass. In order to do this, I needed to eat more whole foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, and other types of meat. I also incorporated protein shakes into my diet since it made it easier to get all the nutrients that I needed to gain muscle mass.

Finally, I started to feel much more energetic than ever before. Now, I am able to do a lot more with my wife and kids since I have more energy than ever before. I still exercise on a regular basis and I try to keep my diet as clean as possible.

It is a misconception that if you want to lose weight you need to perform intense workouts like Running. This is not always the case as walking can also help you lose weight and burn fat, especially if you are a beginner.

One of the reasons why walking is so effective is because it can be slightly adjusted to suit your present fitness level and goals. For instance, if you are really fit you can power walk at a fast pace for several miles. On the other hand, if you are a beginner you can take a leisurely stroll around the block. Both of these will help you lose weight, but you will succeed more by doing the one that you are able to do.
