1) Fish – Fish contains mercury which can cause damage to kidneys.

It causes damage in the kidneys due to its high acidity level. Also it increases blood pressure and cholesterol levels, which are major risk factors for heart disease. Mercury can lead to kidney failure and even death. Therefore, avoid eating any type of fish that contain mercury such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel etc.

2) Eggs – Eating eggs may increase your risk of developing cancer.

They have been found to increase the risk of ovarian, pancreatic, prostate and other cancers. The reason why they cause cancer is because they contain toxic chemicals called carcinogens (chemicals that cause tumors). These chemicals are not only harmful to humans but also animals. Animals that consume these substances develop diseases like cancer and die prematurely.
