use cold and hot water in your tub. For example, you can start with some cold water and then gradually increase the temperature until it reaches your desired heat.

From my personal experience, warm water is also good for weight loss due to its relaxing effect on the body. But make sure that it is not too hot or else you might get burned.

However, there is one type of heat that does not have these problems and that is the hot-cold temperature change. By taking hot-cold showers we can reap all the benefits of both types of heat.

All of these benefits can be achieved by taking cold showers instead of hot showers.
