After thoroughly washing or buying organic mince you can eat it in a couple of different ways. The first way is to chop it up into even smaller pieces and then add them to a salad. The other way is to just eat it as is, which might be a bit difficult for most people. However, if you really like the taste of mince then eating it as is shouldn’t be too bad.
Note: Mince purchased from butchers or supermarkets should not be eaten raw. These meats have been heavily processed and contain harmful chemicals. They need to be cooked before being eaten.
