How To Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Hair Loss?

There are two ways to use apple cider vinegar for hair loss. One way is to apply it directly onto your scalp. Another method is to soak your hair in water and then apply the solution on top of it. Both methods will give you similar results but the first method might take longer than the second one.

So, which method would you prefer?

Let’s see what happens when we test both methods!

The first method is the one where you directly apply apple cider vinegar on your scalp. You can do this by mixing apple cider vinegar and water at a 1 to 1 ratio and then applying it onto your scalp with a spray bottle. You can also just pour the mixture directly onto your scalp without diluting it.

Make sure that you distribute the mixture evenly throughout your scalp. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes and then wash with water. You can leave the mixture on for an hour or more if you want but make sure that you don’t fall asleep while having it on. Rinsing it off is important otherwise it might react with your skin and cause burns or irritation.

The second method involves mixing apple cider vinegar with water at a ratio of 1 to 3. After mixing the two ingredients together, soak your hair in the solution for at least an hour. After an hour, make sure that you rinse your hair with water thoroughly before shampooing it.

If you want, you can apply the mixture directly onto your scalp without having to soak your hair into it. You can also leave the mixture on for a shorter amount of time such as fifteen minutes.
