The best way to enjoy all the benefits of apple cider vinegar is to just drink a small amount of it every day. Do not take more than two tablespoons per day for adults and one tablespoon per day for children. Too much apple cider vinegar can cause nausea and vomiting.
It can also get rid of the good bacteria in your stomach, causing you to have diarrhea or get sick from food poisoning more easily.
Less is more with apple cider vinegar. It is very effective at lower doses. Taking too much of it can actually cause problems.
Apple cider vinegar is best taken in small amounts every day. This gives it a chance to prevent problems before they start and reduces the chances of developing side effects.
You can find apple cider vinegar at most grocery stores, health food stores, and online. It is usually found with the vinegar products or with the nutritional supplements. It is a very affordable product and a bottle tends to last a long time.
