You can make them at home or simply buy one from your local store.
8) Water – The simplest way to get rid of puffy eyes from crying is to drink as much water as you can.
This helps flush out your eyes and get them back to their normal state.

How Does the Age of Your Mattress Affect You?
It is important to remember that your body changes as you grow older and so does your sleep cycle. In your younger years, you might have stayed up late and not have had problems falling asleep. However, as you grow older you might find yourself waking up increasingly earlier and struggling to fall asleep at night. There are several reasons for this.
First of all, as you grow older the natural production of melatonin which helps you to fall asleep reduces. This means that in order to get a good night’s sleep you might need to take steps to increase the melatonin levels in your body. However, these supplements can sometimes have the opposite effect on older people and keep them awake.1
Secondly, as you grow older your internal body clock might shift to a different schedule. Instead of falling asleep around 11pm and waking up at 7am, you might find yourself needing to go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 5am.2 As a result, you might find yourself struggling to fall asleep at night as your body doesn’t believe that it is time for bed yet.
Finally, as we grow older our sleep patterns can be affected by various factors such as stress, medication and even by our environment. If you are in a noisy urban area then you might find it harder to sleep. Likewise, if there are lots of distractions in your bedroom then this can also have a negative effect on your sleeping patterns.
Does Your Mattress Give You Back Pain?
Alongside sleeping problems, one of the other most common complaints from people is that they suffer from back pain. There are numerous factors that can contribute to this, however one of the most common is a poor quality mattress.
When you lie down on a mattress your spine should be aligned and in a comfortable position. The height of your mattress should also match your bed frame. If your mattress is too short or too soft then this can put strain on your back and force it into an uncomfortable position. As a result of lying in this “bad” position for hours, you are likely to feel back pain when you wake up in the morning.
It is also important to consider the firmness of your mattress. Most mattresses are manufactured to a “medium” rating which means that they aren’t too soft and they aren’t too hard. However, what is right for one person might not be right for you. If your mattress is too soft then this can contribute to other issues such as back pain.
How Old is Too Old?
While a mattress doesn’t have an official lifespan it does have an optimal lifespan and that is between 7 and 10 years.3 As a result, if you have had the same mattress for longer than this then it might be time to get a new one.
If you have had your mattress for less than 7 years but are still suffering from back pain and other sleeping problems then it might be time to get a to start getting your mattress checked. It could just be that your old mattress is unable to cope with your frame and weight anymore, in which case you might need a new one or it could be caused by a problem with your bedding or your home environment.
As your body grows older it will change, just like everything else. Alongside changes to your brain, your body might develop aches and pains which prevent you from getting a restful sleep. While a mattress can’t prevent this from happening, a good quality mattress can help to alleviate these issues and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible while you sleep.
