What is AMPK?

It typically takes anywhere from one to three months before you start to notice major changes. However, you may experience some minor changes in a few weeks. Others have reported improvements after one month of use, but most people need about two months before they see major changes. This can cause an issue with blood clotting and ultimately increase your risk of bleeding. Because of this, it’s best to not take berberine and vitamin K at the same time. Vitamin K is typically found in leafy greens like kale, spinach and collards. It’s also in a variety of other foods like meat, milk and other dairy products. If you’re taking any of the medications listed above or you have a medical condition that requires you to take vitamin K you should talk to your doctor before taking berberine.
Berberine is a powerful supplement that can help you melt fat, improve your cholesterol and even reduce your blood sugar. It’s not a magic pill that will make you burn fat overnight, but in combination with a proper diet and regular exercise routine you should see excellent results.
