Not Good For Those With Diabetes – If you have diabetes then you’re really going to want to stay away from sour cream altogether. The food itself contains a lot of fat and carbohydrates which are two things that people with this condition should stay away from. Each tablespoon of sour cream has a whopping 1 gram of carbohydrate in it.
So as you can see, sour cream can be a blessing and a curse, it all just depends on how and how much you use it in your diet.
